Transfer Requests by Availability
Forward-looking view of bank account balances, anticipating critical cash flow issues when creating the transfer request.
Best practice
When choosing the distribution of the various transfers, DocFinance proposes to launch the Balance Projection function, which lists current bank account balances inclusive of expected cash flows and all channeled payments due (with proper management of channeling, rating, and days overdue on the schedule).
It’s useful to analyze the report before creating the transfer request, paying particular attention to the balances in the days after the chosen execution date, and the results of the various cash transactions, thus avoiding critical issues in the days to follow.
